Delivery & Shipping

Where do you deliver?
We’re proud to deliver to garden enthusiasts across the globe, excluding Asia and a few remote regions. Please check at checkout if we deliver to your location.
What are your shipping options and timescales?
We offer two shipping options:
1. Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after processing (1-2 business days).
2. Free Shipping: For orders over £50, shipped via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after processing.
How are plants packaged for delivery?
Our gardening experts carefully select and pack your plants using specialised packaging to ensure they arrive in excellent condition, ready to thrive in your garden or home.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
