We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Our returns and exchanges policy is designed to be as nurturing to our customers as our plants are to your garden.
Please note: Due to the perishable nature of living plants, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on most plant items including but not limited to: Alpine & Rockery plants, Bedding & Patio Plants, Climbers & Wall Shrubs, Cottage Garden plants, Garden Plants, Herbs & Fruit, Indoor Plants, Instant Impact plants, and Living Screens & Hedges. These may only be returned if they arrive damaged or diseased (see conditions below).
Our Returns Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:
- Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
- Wait for authorization – Our team will respond with instructions and may request photos of the item if applicable.
- Package your return securely using the original packaging when possible.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or damaged/defective items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Please note that depending on your card issuer’s policies, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange eligible items for a different size or color, subject to availability. To process an exchange, please follow the return process outlined above and indicate that you would like an exchange in your communication with our customer service team.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label when appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned due to their nature:
- Perishable goods such as plants, seeds, and cuttings (unless damaged upon arrival)
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items that have been used or installed
- Gift cards
- Sale items
