Shipping Information
We are thrilled to ship our quality plants and garden products across the globe (excluding Asia and a few select remote regions).
Order Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare your order for shipment.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95): We ship via trusted carriers like DHL or FedEx. Your order will typically arrive within 10-15 business days after it has been dispatched from our nursery.
- Free Shipping: For orders over £50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery for this method typically occurs within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Please note these are estimated transit times. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues are beyond our control.
Our Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your Happy Gardenly purchase. Our returns policy is designed to be fair and straightforward. However, due to the delicate and perishable nature of living plants, we must have specific guidelines in place.

For eligible non-plant items (like Garden Furniture, Compost Bins, Garden Wear, etc.), we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was delivered.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an eligible item:

- Wait for Authorization: Our team will respond with instructions and may request photographs of the item to assist us.
- Package Your Return: Securely pack the item, using the original packaging whenever possible.

Return Shipping & Refunds
Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received a damaged or incorrect item). We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and considering shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive the returned item.
Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within the following timeframes:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
